I have the TeraByte XS program and I will never run out of space. It is extremely easy to use, and the people are very polite and helpful. They never got tired of my questions. The templates provided in the free web site builder were so east to follow my 5 year old son could have done it. And as an added bonus I got free blogging software and a great free photo album.  The free shopping cart service has enabled me to accept credit card payments right on my site, so I can increase my sales and make my site easy for my customers to shop. My website is a family site we have a large family with relative all over the world, and this is how we keep up with what is going on in everyone’s life. The free software for photo albums that supports PHP is great way for everyone to share all the family vacation and holiday photos. I threw away all our photo albums and they are now on our website. The free software for bogging is very easy to use and we can tell all our stories, successes and failures. This all run so well because it has the Mambo is a Content Management System (CMS). Which helps make everything you do very easy.

I got laid off about a year ago, and wanted to start an online store to make some money. I did a Google search and found Globat. That was the beginning of all my troubles. First of all I couldn’t get the free and easy site builder to work, and when I called customer service they talked to me like I was a moron. After they had change 100 things in my set up and reload software, and download updates they concluded that the problem was my computer was too old and didn’t have all the right components to run their stinking software. So I went else where and within 3 days my site was up and running smoothly and I was making money.

Well JJ I don’t know what your problem was, but I found Globat to be a very helpful company, and their products very reliable. I too set up an online store, and had a couple of minor problems with the OS Commerce shopping cart; it was not the easy 1 click installation that they claim. It only took one call to the Tech support department to get it all straight and running. The tech I spoke with was not all that friendly, maybe he had a bad day, and his knowledge was very good and fixed my problems. So I think Globat is a pretty good company.

I have a social networking site with this company and it is down often kind of like my cable company LOL. I do think the SSL system is a great feature to have and not a lot of companies I found offer a system like this to keep your customers private info safe. I do love the OS commerce shopping cart system that I have, I also sell products t the members of my site, and it is very easy for them to make a purchase with their credit card. I guess I am sorta happy with this company. I think the software they run is great, but the speed and reliability just aren’t up to par.
