I switched my website over to Monster Host and I am very happy I did that. I now have 24/7 monitoring, UPS power back up, customized Apache web server and storage back ups, so I know all my data is safe and if a problem does occur I am confident that the Tech support people will have me get it fixed quickly. Not to mention I have guestbook feature, mailing list, image galleries, phpForm Generator, Mambo and Joomla and Help Center/Support Ticket. All this with the OS commerce shopping cart means I have an awesome web site. It runs for me 24/7 making money online selling my products. It’s like have a bunch of employees working for me with out all that overhead.

I also Love monster host. I too have a website that was hosted else where with awful results, so I switched to Monster Host. And I love the guestbook feature, mailing list, image galleries, phpForm Generator, Mambo and Joomla and Help Center/Support Ticket. It all helps me run my dating site with little effort. And when something does break which is rare I make a quick call and it is fixed quickly. The support people are nice too you, they don’t make you feel like your are bugging them. And I feel very confident having the UPS power back up system in place incase there was a crash none of my stuff would get lost.

Well I think they are awful, switched from another hosting company and I went from bad to worse, so I switched back to the old company I had it was like voting go with the lesser of too evils. The Form Generator never work right people would visit my site and try to get a form to fill out to request more information and they couldn’t get one to fill out I took days for m emails to arrive. And the online payment transaction in the Agora Shopping cart were secured alright it never accepted anyone’s credit card. I will say that the speed of the data transfer was fast. And they do have 6 different plans so you can find one that is affordable. But I for one don’ like them.
