I have the Business Plus plan and I am by no means a Tech. But this site was very easy to use and the software works awesome. I did have a couple of problems with building my site, but the Tech support people were right there to help me out and they gave me easy to follow instructions so my problems were solved in no time. I bought the unlimited pro plan and it is great. I registered all 3 of my Domains for free.  The free site builder was very easy to use. And I now have a great looking and running website.  I was able o set up my shop with a secured URL, SSL support and the ability to accept credit card payments. SSL is an advanced technology that encrypts any information sent through the server so I know all of my customers important information is secure and save from hacking.  This plan complete with Website Statistics provide me with the information of who visited my site, when and what they did while there were there, so I can keep track of all the traffic.

I used DX Webhostng site for only about 1 month. And that was long enough for me to find out they don’t live up to all their promises. The Ecommerce shopping cart solution features a rich set of out-of-the box functionality that allows you to setup, run and maintain your very own online store with minimum effort and at no extra cost. That might be true if you could get it to run. I couldn’t not get the shopping cart functions to work properly and the Tech support kept telling me I was doing something wrong. It was like I was wasting their time, and they didn’t want to be bothered with me. The site builder software was very easy to use a 1st grader could do it, and that’s what it looked like, a Childs design.  If you are looking for a good web hosting company I would advise you to steer clear of these guys.

I have a web site hosted by IX and the software used by this company is a little slow and outdated. There tech support people are pretty helpful. To me this is a so so company. I have other websites hosted by another company that are more reliable and faster. However they are more expensive. The prices at IX are very good, and there software does run with my Linux. They have SSL is an advanced technology that encrypts any information sent through the server so all vital information is safe, this is a great bonus feature they offer that runs very well.

I never wrote a review before but I wanted to share with you about IX Web hosting. Right after I signed up a project coordinator called and worked directly with me to get my site up and running. She gave me suggestions on Colors and Templates until My site looked better then I ever imagined. You get and unlimited amount of space so I don’t worry when I add new products, because I know I have plenty of you. And the Tech support people never get tired of you asking questions and they are also edger to help. I have the full Ecommerce mastersuite packaged with the fully automated shopping cart so all I have to do is go to the bank, and when my monthly invoice comes in I know that I would go broke.
